1.Sales Strategy Leadership
Formulate annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets & execution roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy and market analysis
Lead market expansion planning for domestic and international markets with clear positioning and sales tactics
2.Team Building & Management
Establish and mentor high-performance sales teams to enhance organizational effectiveness
Drive continuous professional development of team members
3.Global Business Development
Organize international market expansion initiatives to acquire new clients
Elevate brand presence through strategic industry engagement (e.g. trade shows, technical forums)
4.Key Account & Cross-functional Collaboration
Maintain strategic partnerships with key global accounts
Coordinate with R&D, production, and logistics to ensure on-spec product delivery
Resolve technical/quality issues to achieve >95% client satisfaction
5.Operational Excellence
Conduct sales data analytics to optimize processes and boost team efficiency
Implement cost-risk control measures for cost-saving and risk mitigation
Develop and refine sales management systems and policies
6.Executive Support
Execute other executive assignments as directed
任职要求
1.Education & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s in International Trade, Business English, Marketing, or related field
Preferred majors: Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Motor/VFD/Gear reducer focus)
5+ years in international sales with 3+ years in sales leadership roles
Priority given to: Motor R&D/process experience or industrial drive systems background
2.Core Competencies
Expertise in full-cycle international trade operations
Proven ability in new market penetration and complex project management
3.Advanced skills in:
Marketing strategy formulation
Key account management
Multi-stakeholder negotiation
4.Language & Technical Proficiency
Fluent business English (C1+ level) for contract drafting and technical discussions
5.Performance Assets
Established client network in industrial drive systems sector
Track record in motor/VFD/gear reducer sales (include revenue metrics if possible)
